Tomáš “ENIAC” Cíger was born on February 3rd in Štúrovo. He lived in Kremnica and on Horná Ves near Kremnica, attended a private secondary technical school in Žiar nad Hronom (electrical engineering). During his studies, he dabbled in graphic design, photography, video game creation, and a bit of demoscene. In 2009, he began studying at the University of Žilina, but not in Žilina itself—in the Aurela Stodolu Institute in Liptovský Mikuláš, at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. He earned his bachelor’s degree, utilizing his technical and information skills, and jumped into creative work!
He has exhibited in Los Angeles, Kremnica, Colorado, Prievidza, Lisbon, Bratislava… and has received awards such as Bratislava Game Jam for Best Visual Experience, Best Children’s Book of 2016 (awarded by BIBIANA), and a nomination for the “Golden Gunner” for caricature—Kremnické GAGY.
Currently, he works as a comic creator, caricaturist, and illustrator at Nightcall Studio. He is launching his own comic studio, NC – Nightcall Comics, and meanwhile works on the video game “HEAVY,” produces music under the name Computerboy, co-organizes the synthwave party Nightcall, and collaborates on the Amplión Festival—New Cabaret and Street Art. He contributes caricatures to Hospodárske Noviny, has been drawing the comic strip “Emil z Kremnice” for the Kremnica newspapers continuously since 2015, and publishes the comic “Mega Liga Vysávačská” in the magazine Bublina.
