Tomáš Motal
MgA. Tomáš Motal is a distinctive artist, comic book creator, illustrator, screenwriter, stand-up comedian, musician, and occasional actor. He graduated from the painting studio at Ostrava University. His screenwriting is heavily influenced by mysterious series and movies such as The X-Files and Twin Peaks. He created animated sequences for the documentary series Investigátoři (2022) and for the film Satan Kingdom Babylon (2025). He also contributed to the visual design of the Czech turn-based strategy video game Silence of the Siren (Oxymoron Games, 2025). He has received the Muriel Award from the Czech Academy of Comics for his comic work in 2019 and 2024. Currently, he is working as a freelance artist in Prague.

Matúš Šimončič
Matúš Šimončič was born in 2004. He has been steadily dedicated to drawing since childhood. He studied animated creation at SŠUPAT and is currently studying in the comic book and children’s illustration studio at FDULS ZČU in Pilsen. His first “KOMIKS” comic, Shallow Grave, won first place at the KOMA Festival 2024. In his free time, he vigorously plays guitar and obsessively listens to music.
