The heart of the Panel is Artist Alley—a space for comic artists and illustrators to showcase their work. Visitors can talk with the artists, acquire their art, and purchase original pieces.

We present to you the guests of the BRaK x Panel 2026 festival. They are both Slovak and international—but above all, professionals in their fields.
At their lectures and panel discussions, you’ll learn more about screenwriting, comic creation, and comics criticism.

The Panel Conference provides a space for artists, illustrators, fans, and all enthusiasts of the comic book medium. It features current topics, news from the world of comics, author presentations, and various accompanying activities.
We are currently preparing the program for the upcoming Panel edition. There’s a lot to look forward to.

The superheroes of the Panel Conference.
Thanks to them, PANEL has always been built around a professional program. In addition to workshops and author presentations, topics such as children's comics, a hundred years of Slovak comic development, crossing the boundaries between high and low culture, women in comics, Japanese manga, storytelling through images, and many others were discussed.
In their presentations and panel discussions, you will learn more about screenwriting, comic creation, and their critique.
